Brass Wire Mesh is woven by the brass wire which is an alloy of copper and zinc. The two most used material are: H65 and H80

H65: it is a Low Brass Type-H65 (65% copper, 35% zinc) wire

H80: High brass Type-H80(80% copper, 20% zinc)),

Brass Wire Mesh offers much better abrasion resistance, better corrosion resistance and lower electrical conductivity compared with copper wire.

Brass wire mesh can be supplied from 1-200mesh. Anpinq Qinghe does accept custom made mesh and wire diameter orders.

Coarse Brass Woven Wire Mesh Range: 1 Mesh to 10 Mesh.

Medium Brass Wire Mesh Range: 12Mesh to 48 Mesh.

Fine Brass Wire Mesh Range: 50 Mesh to 200 Mesh, it is also named Brass Wire Cloth.

Application:

Brass Wire Mesh is used in sieving diversified pellet, powder, porcelain clay and glass, chinaware printing, filtering liquid and gas.

It is also used in electronic security, aviation, outer space exploration and research, power generation, electronic information security, high-frequency scientific and medical equipment. Brass wire cloth is also excellent for marine and out-door applications because of its immunity to rust and salt solutions. Brass wire mesh and cloth is an ideal mesh for fabricating gasoline filters and baskets for electropolishing. It possesses greater strength than copper or bronze.
